RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns Policy

My returns policy is for 14 days from the date the item was purchased. Unfortunately, no refund or exchange can be offered after the 14 days period. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be not be used. It must also be in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

To complete your return, I require proof of delivery e.g., from Australia Post or courier. Please do not send the item back to me until I have agreed to accept the requested return or exchange. There are some situations where it may not be necessary to ship the item back to me. This includes when the item is damaged, faulty, or has never been received.

Full Refund or reshipment of the order

A full refund or reshipment of the order may be applicable if the item is reported to be damaged, faulty or never received. Proof from Australia Post or courier of the delivery will deem the item as being received. If you believe the item is not received in good condition as expected, please email me at bibis_kitchen@yahoo.com with your concerns. I will investigate and issue a full refund where relevant. Photographs of damaged products may be required before a refund is issued.

Returned goods received and inspected (if applicable)

Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received the returned item. I will also notify you of my approval or rejection in regard to the refund. If approved, I will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or the original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received the refund within the 7 days, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Only then contact me at bibis_kitchen@yahoo.com if the refund is still not received.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

I only replace items if the goods are found to be damaged or faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send me an email at bibis_kitchen@yahoo.com and I will advise you if and where to return the original goods.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you (the gift receiver), you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be notified of the return.

Shipping

To return the item to me, please first contact me at bibis_kitchen@yahoo.com to confirm the best return address. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning the item. Your shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75.00, please use a trackable shipping service, or purchase shipping insurance. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item otherwise.
